Quality Inspection
All of our machine beds undergo a rigorous four-step machining process: mortise-and-tenon welding, heat treatment, natural cooling, and gantry milling. Our bed's heat treatment process enhances its corrosion resistance. Annealing or stress-relief treatment eliminates residual stresses from casting or machining.
Container Loading Plan
Milling can eliminate initial unevenness after casting or welding, ensuring the flatness of the bed mounting reference surface (e.g. within 0.02 mm/m), laying the foundation for the subsequent assembly of components such as guideways and worktables.
Cutting Precision
We support providing customers with fixed monthly inventory services, which facilitates rapid sales by distributors and reduces delivery cycles. Adequate inventory can respond to sudden increases in demand and supply chain disruptions, ensuring continuity of production or sales.
